This summer, the League is piloting a new volunteer opportunity for 16 and 17-year-old teens.
Summer Teen Program Info Session
This program provides an opportunity to earn service hours and valuable experience working with animals while supporting the League during the busy summer months.
Applications are no longer being accepted for Summer 2023. Check back this fall for more information on future opportunities, or consider exploring our Community Service or Foster programs as alternatives.
Summer Teen Program Requirements
Please review this for program information
- Applicants must be either 16 or 17 years old.
- You must be able to attend a scheduled training at your chosen location before volunteering.
- You must commit to completing at least six hours of service each month of the program.
